Important: Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

Absolutely. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are qualifying medical expenses for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Once you schedule, you will receive a unique, HIPAA-secure link via email and text. There is no software to download; you simply click the link on your smartphone, tablet, or computer at your scheduled time.

We recommend testing your camera and mic 5 minutes before your session. If technology fails, your provider use a backup method to complete the session.

While medication is often part of the plan, a prescription is not guaranteed at the first visit. Dr. Thompson conducts a thorough clinical assessment to ensure any medication prescribed is safe and appropriate for your specific needs.
